1. Service-Based Business
Kerala Tech Cares provides repair and maintenance services for washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators (including refrigerant services), microwaves, and ovens. Since we offer service-based solutions and not regular retail products, refunds and returns are handled under specific conditions.
2. Inspection Charges
- Inspection or visiting charges are non-refundable once the technician has visited and diagnosed the issue.
- These charges cover technician time, travel, and technical evaluation.
3. Advance Payments
- Any advance payment made for repair work is adjusted against the final bill.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once spare parts are ordered or repair work has started.
4. Spare Parts Replacement
- If a spare part is replaced, it cannot be returned once installed and used.
- In case of a defective spare part within the warranty period (if provided), we will repair or replace the part as per warranty terms.
- Refunds are not applicable for spare parts once successfully installed and functioning.
5. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Please inform us within 24 hours of service completion.
- Our team will re-inspect the issue and provide necessary support.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Service bookings can be canceled before technician dispatch at no charge.
- Cancellation after technician arrival may attract inspection charges.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Damage caused due to power fluctuations, water leakage, mishandling, or external factors after repair.
- Issues unrelated to the originally repaired fault.
- Customer refusal after part procurement or service initiation.
