1. Service Agreement
Kerala Tech Cares provides repair and maintenance services for washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators (including refrigerant services), microwaves, and ovens. Services are provided at the customer’s location in Kakkanad, Kochi, and nearby areas.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Service bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or website.
- A service visit will be scheduled based on availability.
- Customers must provide accurate contact and address details for smooth service delivery.
3. Inspection & Charges
- A service/inspection charge may apply for technician visits.
- Final repair cost will be informed after inspection and customer approval.
- Repair work will begin only after customer confirmation.
4. Payments
- Payment must be made immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
- Advance payments (if applicable) are non-refundable once work has started.
5. Warranty on Repairs
- Warranty (if provided) applies only to the specific repair or replaced spare part.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling, power fluctuations, water damage, or issues unrelated to the repaired fault.
6. Spare Parts
- We aim to use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts.
- Availability of parts depends on brand and model.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure safe and proper power supply before service.
- Appliances should be accessible for repair work.
- Any pre-existing damage must be informed to the technician.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kerala Tech Cares is not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Delays caused by parts unavailability or external factors.
- Damage due to improper usage after repair.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Service bookings can be canceled before technician dispatch.
- Cancellation after technician visit may attract inspection charges.
10. Changes to Terms
Kerala Tech Cares reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
